Karen has been a UCPCC student for 21 years. Currently, she is a student at The Nest, our program for individuals who are ready to retire due to chronological or anatomical age, medical and/or physical needs.
While at The Nest, Karen likes creating art and working on a computer. She says she loves how quiet and calming The Nest is.
Karen also is someone who goes out of her way to help others when she can.
When asked what she would want others to know about The Nest and UCPCC, Karen says the staff is great, and The Nest is full of fun and different activities like other programs, just at a little slower pace.
